Reservations are required and must be made by 4:00pm on the business day prior to your trip. Also, please confirm reservations left on voicemail to guarantee your ride.
If you have an ongoing transportation need at a regular / permanent time, just let us know.
Cancellation Reminder:
Be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a
scheduled ride. If you fail to cancel in a timely manner, you may lose
riding privileges. You can cancel your ride after hours by
calling the after hours line at 541.385.8680 or 866-385-8680 (toll
free). Press 9 to leave a message.
We do not operate on weekends or major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be treated as the holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be treated as the holiday.
